Position Summary
Chādy Vacation Rentals, based in the vibrant city of Nashville, is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Senior Housekeeper. This dedicated team member will embody our core values while ensuring the impeccable cleanliness of our vacation homes. Collaborating closely with the local management team in Nashville, this person will also be instrumental in providing janitorial services to our esteemed commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean and maintain Chādy properties according to company standards.
- Create a warm and inviting environment for guests and owners through meticulous care of homes.
- Identify damages and promptly initiate maintenance requests.
- Mentor, train, and provide support to fellow Housekeepers.
- Conduct inspections of completed cleans, performing touch-up cleans as necessary.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management.
- Provide cross-coverage when necessary and assist colleagues and the management team as needed.
- Collect and remove trash and debris, replenish consumable items, and maintain hot tubs as required.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and varying shifts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to leading by example.
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but training in the Chādy standard is available.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, push, pull, lift, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
- Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices.
- Have a smart phone
- Working transportation to and from work
- Ability to check email and update tracking platforms
Compensation Package
- $23/hour
