The Space

The home sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living areas. On the main level you will find the living/kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, large patio with covered/uncovered seating, swing, and a gas grill. The main level is also where bedroom #1 is located with a queen size bed and a full bath. The living area has a gas fireplace with a reclining sofa. In the basement, you will find living area #2 with arcade style pac man and more! The basement is also where bedroom #2 is and has a queen bed and a bunk bed w/attached full bathroom. The top floor of the home is where the primary suite is situated and includes a king size bed w/ attached full jacuzzi bath, private enclosed patio and separate loft area with twin bunks and a futon for extra sleeping area. Outside you will find the hot tub, fire pit, and multiple outdoor dining spaces. There is also a path that leads to the pond close by. *Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund. Other Things To Note: - Free WiFi - Free Parking - Smart TV's to login to your subscription accounts. - We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account. - Hassle Free Keyless checkin - Complimentary coffee bar with Starbucks coffee provided. - Washer/DryerGrilling Station - Pet Allowed - a non refundable fee and no pets over 30 lbs. - All linens and bathing essentials are provided. -Firewood not provided but available at most any grocery store/gas station close by. - No smoking inside unit - No unauthorized guests - No parties For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
