Relax & enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub, or watch a movie by the fire on the screened-in patio & then wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee.

The Space

The home is located in Blue Ridge right off of Aska Road at the end of a private drive offering the best views in the neighborhood. Bedroom #1 @ main level- Queen Bed, private screened in patio access, shared bath. Bedroom #2 @ top level - King Bed w/ attached full bath. Private secluded patio. Bedroom #3 @ basement level- Queen Bed - shared bath. Bedroom #4 @ basement level - Queen Bed - shared bath. Bathroom #1 - Main Level - shared. Bathroom #2 - Top Level - Primary bedroom attached to bedroom #2. Bathroom #3 - Basement level - shared with bed 3 & 4 and game area. Futon located on the lower level. Air Mattress is available upon request. **Total occupancy -10 people. Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund. Other Things To Note: - Free WiFi (speed 300mb) - Free Parking - Smart TV's to login to your subscription accounts. - We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account. - Hassle Free Keyless checkin - Complimentary coffee bar with Starbucks coffee provided. - Washer/Dryer - Grilling Station - Pet Allowed - a non refundable fee and no pets over 30 lbs. - All linens and bathing essentials are provided. - No smoking inside unit - No unauthorized guests - No parties For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund. *Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
