Setup

For a flat setup fee of $500 we will work with the city on getting you permitted, coordinate the fire department inspection, create a welcome book, and schedule professional photography.

Photography​

Our network of professional photographers know what it takes to sell online. For a flat fee of $99 we will schedule and upload your professional photography.

Six month commitment​

No minimum booking requirement but we do ask for a six month commitment so we can show you how good we are. Fees may vary from 18-20% depending on your property history. We also have special programs available for multiple and longterm vacation property commitments.

DIY Consulting​

  • Profile setup – Get your profile listed and optimized on Airbnb and VRBO sites – $250/each
  • Getting a permit – We handle navigating the permit process including inspection – $500/property
  • Monthly Tax Remittance – Understand the process, get the tools, and monthly filing – $150/mo
  • Pricing – profile audit, pricing consultation, and advisement – $199.
  • Guest experiences – Onsite visit and design consultation- $200
  • Welcome book for your vacation rental – $200
