Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house. • DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items. • LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund. • PRIMARY GUEST AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 35 years of age or older. • Enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in! Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and we recommend arriving between 4–8 PM for the best experience. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may be limited. Please note, early check-ins must be approved in writing by management. Editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in. • After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to make sure everything is good to go! • For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
