The Space

•Listing Provided by Chady Property Management • Enjoy a well stocked spacious kitchen and tv room. 3 cozy bedrooms furnished with soft pillows and linens. Roku televisions in all bedrooms, & living rooms. Main Level: When you walk in form the front door you will walk into the over size living room. Here you will be able to relax and watch tv on the smart tv while still able to converse with the cook! You will see the dinning area , a large island counter top with bar stools and a well stocked kitchen. Main bathroom is attached to kitchen. Lower Level: The lower level has the garage entrance. The garage accommodates two cars. From the garage off the hall entrance and you will find a comfortable queen bed all to your own! Upper level: Upper level finds a oversized room with a king bed and an attached bathroom. You will also the washer and dryer on this level along with an additional bedroom with 2 bunks that sleeps 4. Outside this room is an additional full bath. Roof Top: Plenty of space to relax and plenty of relaxing chairs/loungers The Neighborhood: This unit is surrounded by additional attached units like its own...dont let it fool you its pretty sound proof! If your'e looking for some great restaurants, this unit is only a short distance to the famous five points are, east Nashville and downtown Nashville. Getting Around: Airport: 15/20 min drive. 5pts area: 6 min Grand ole opry: 10 min Bridgestone and Broadway: 10 min Nissan Stadium: 10 min Uber and lyft are always redly available House Rules: * NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation due to severe allergies in the family. • PETS are not permitted • NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house. • DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items. • LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund. * QUIET HOURS: 11pm-8am Other things to note: * All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management.
