The Space

The home is almost 3k square feet and features a 2 car garage, 4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths and an amazing 750 sq ft. rooftop patio. Bedroom #1 is on the bottom level of the home and features a king size bed. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor off of main living area and features a queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are both on the 3rd floor and both feature king sized beds w/ ensuite baths. The rooftop deck is on the 4th floor of the home and has a large dining table and kitchenette -soak up the amazing views! - Smart TV's with access to your accounts. - We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account. - Fully stocked chefs kitchen. - Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks coffee provided. - Huge rooftop deck with games provided. - 2 car garage available for guest use. - NO SMOKING ($500 fine) - No Parties/Loud Music - No unregistered guests on property. - Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. *Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
